What a Spa Treatment Room Needs, Room by Room
A treatment room is specified as one thing and consumed as three. The table covering, the face towel and the body towel are bought together and fail separately, and the recorded data is uneven across all three.
Layer one: the table
Massage table sheets are the layer most often quoted and least documented. Our product data records material, GSM, size and packing for pillowcases — 100% viscose or a 70/30 viscose-polyester blend, 60 to 70 GSM, five sizes from 50 × 80 cm to 66 × 66 cm, plain surface, single-piece packing supported — and explicitly records nothing for bed sheets and massage-therapy sheets. That is not a gap in the catalogue; it is a project decision, and the honest way to buy it is to specify the table dimensions and confirm the sheet against them rather than assume it inherits the pillowcase weights.
Layer two: the face
Face towels are the most specified layer and the easiest to get right. Recorded dimensions for spa and beauty formats are 15 × 20, 20 × 20, 20 × 30, 25 × 30, 30 × 30 and 30 × 40 cm at 50 to 100 GSM, packed as folded spa packs. The narrow formats cover a mask or a cleansing step; the 30 × 40 cm is a chest or couch towel, not a face towel. One facial uses both, which is why a spa order that names only one size runs short on the other.
Layer three: the body
Body towels sit in the spa and pet range: 40, 50, 60, 70 or 80 cm long by 30 or 40 cm wide, at 40 to 130 GSM, in folded bulk with the unit count confirmed per project. The range is deliberately wide because a spa uses the small end for feet and hands and the large end for a body wrap, and those are two orders, not one.
Planning a room
Per treatment room, the variables are treatments per day and pieces per treatment across all three layers. Multiply, and you have a daily figure. We do not publish a pieces-per-treatment rate, because a 30-minute express facial and a 90-minute body treatment are not comparable and an average would be wrong for both. What matters is that all three layers are counted, since the layer that gets forgotten is usually the table.
What to write in the enquiry
Table dimensions with the covering requirement, the face and chest sizes, the body towel size, and the treatment count per day. Four lines, and it separates the three layers so they can be reviewed and reordered independently.
Recorded dimensions sit on disposable face towels and disposable bedding, with the room workflow under spa towels.
