Data Deletion Request
Qingdao Jaroll Hygiene Products Co., Ltd. respects your right to control your personal information. This page explains how to request deletion of personal data we hold, including data we may have received through platform integrations used to operate our own business accounts.
There is no account to delete on this website. We do not run a consumer login. If you have contacted us, or interacted with one of our business accounts on a third-party platform, you can ask us to delete the data we hold about you using the steps below.
What this covers
- Enquiry and correspondence records, including email and messaging content
- Contact details you provided, such as name, company, email, and telephone number
- Project information you shared, such as specifications or artwork
- Data we received through platform integrations used to operate our own pages and accounts, limited to what the platform makes available to account owners
What this does not cover
- Data held by a third-party platform itself. Deleting data from us does not delete your account or content on that platform. To do that, use the platform's own privacy controls.
- Records we are legally required to keep, such as accounting, tax, and export documentation. We will delete what we lawfully can and tell you what must be retained and for how long.
- Aggregated statistics that no longer identify you.
How to submit a request
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
- Tell us which platform or channel you contacted us through, and the name, email address, or handle you used. This is only so we can find the right records.
- If you want a specific item deleted rather than everything, describe it. If you want all of it deleted, just say so.
- We may ask you to confirm the request from the same address or account you originally used. This protects you against someone else deleting your data.
- We will confirm receipt, complete the deletion, and reply to tell you what was removed and what, if anything, we were required to keep.
We aim to respond within 30 days. If a request is complex, or if we need more information from you, it may take longer, and we will tell you why.
Platform-specific instructions
Meta platforms
If you interacted with our pages on Facebook or Instagram, you can also remove the connection and manage your data through your Meta account's own privacy settings. Requests sent to us by email under this page are handled independently of those settings.
If you interacted with our company page on LinkedIn, you can manage your profile visibility and connection settings in your LinkedIn account. To ask us to delete correspondence records, use the email process above.
