Jaroll manufactures disposable spunlace nonwoven products for professional use. Material composition, specification and packaging are confirmed for each project, and environmental statements are only made when product-level documentation supports them.
How a Specification Is Confirmed
Material Selection
Viscose, viscose/polyester, cotton, wood pulp/polyester or wood pulp/polypropylene are discussed for the application
Specification Approval
Composition, GSM, size, texture and colour are written down and approved
Production Quality Control
Production is checked against the approved specification and sample
Packaging & Documents
Packaging format and supporting documents are prepared for the destination market
Single-Use Workflow Without On-Site Laundry
Disposable towels remove washing, drying and re-sorting from the daily workflow. Any savings depend on your current laundry setup, so we do not publish a fixed figure.
Material Statements Per Product
Biodegradability can only be discussed for a confirmed 100% viscose or 100% cotton product once the final specification and supporting documentation have been reviewed. Products containing polyester or polypropylene are not described as biodegradable.
Documented Specifications
Each project uses an approved written specification for material, dimensions, GSM, texture, colour, piece weight and packaging.
