    What is your MOQ?
    Our MOQ varies by product type. For most disposable non-woven products, the minimum order starts from 10,000 pieces. We also offer flexible MOQ options for new customers and trial orders.
    Can you print our logo?
    Yes! We offer high-quality logo printing on products and packaging. Simply provide your artwork files (AI, PDF, or high-res PNG) and we'll create a proof for your approval before production.
    Do you offer custom packaging?
    Absolutely. We provide full packaging customization including retail pouches, boxes, labels, and bulk packaging. Our design team can also help you create packaging from scratch.
    How long is the production time?
    Standard production takes 15–25 business days after sample approval, depending on order quantity and complexity. Rush orders can be arranged — please contact us for specific timelines.
    Can we get a sample first?
    Yes, we highly recommend sampling before placing a bulk order. We can send existing product samples within 3–5 days, or produce custom samples within 7–14 days.
    Do you support third-party inspection?
    If third-party inspection is required for your project, please raise it during quotation and production planning. The scope, timing, cost and requirements are confirmed per project.
    How many samples can I get?
    We can provide a few pieces to a few dozen, depending on the products you’d like to try. The samples are free, but courier charges apply and can be relatively high even for a small shipment. Let us know which products and quantities you need, and we’ll confirm the shipping cost so you can decide before we send them.
